Return Policy
Items may be
returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase under the following
conditions:
- The
purchased item was not damaged by you after it was received.
Note: Any items damaged or lost during transit are covered under
the insurance placed on the item during transit. If an item is
received in damaged packaging; you must keep all packaging and
contact us immediately so the courier can pick up the package.
- The
purchased item or any of its components was not opened, modified or
tampered with. All items are marked with security markings and tags
to prevent unauthorized tampering. If an item is not working; do not
attempt to fix it yourself, contact us first.
- The
purchased item must be returned in its original condition with all
accessories you received with it.
- The item
was not sold in "as-is" condition. Any items sold "as-is" are sold
for parts or repair. These items are not returnable.
Refunds will be
credited in full to the source of payment supplied (check, credit card
or PayPal) during checkout. Shipping costs are refunded only if
the item was lost during transit or was defective upon delivery.
Please note that
all items are marked with tamper-proof security to ensure that they are
not opened or modified. Any attempt to remove, replace or bypass the
security tags will void the return policy.
